Benitto is a colorful Puerto Vallarta resident. He was Hotel Manager for Fiesta Americana prior to his somwhat dramatic entrance into his own business. Benitto will tell you that being a Restaurant Owner is probably second only to an Air Traffic Controller in terms of job stress. But, this 'People Person' loves everything about Benitto's Deli and his dedication certainly makes the business a tremendous success. |
